Return & Refund Policy – Curology

At Curology, we’re committed to delivering quality skincare and haircare products to our customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

❗ Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we cannot accept returns for used or opened products unless they are damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Free samples or trial kits
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If your Curology product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund:

We’ll replace the item or refund you in full—no return required.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not process product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your eligible product and place a new order.


6. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
  • Use a trackable shipping method for safety.
